I've chosen to do a rotating seasonal menu for the program.
FIT get lively! I have created a workout that uses primarily your own body weight and minimal equipment so that you can work out wherever whenever. On days I don't have a workout prepared, I turn to the free Nike Training app (spring/summer) to slim and slenderize.
