There are tons of healthy ways you can get your sugar in without all the extra junk. Real whole fruit will juice you up plus drop some minerals and vitamins on that azz, dried fruits with no added sugars, sweet veggies (sweet potatoes, squash, plantains), grade b maple syrup, raw honey (local if possible), and xylitol ae all good sources to get some sweetness in your life.
Remember though, moderation is key. Too much of any sweetener, healthy or not, isn't good for you.
