Lemon water is a super easy way (and is also the best way) to hydrate your cells and wake up your digestive system first thing in the morning. It charges + pumps hydration into your cells replenishing you from all the work your body did while you were asleep as well as warms it up for the day. Lemon water has vitamin C, B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, and potassium which are good for brain and nerve function as well as heart health. It boots your immunity as well as your digestion plus it alkalinizes. You don't need much, about a juice of half a lemon in 32oz of water is the amount I use. You can reduce the amount as needed or use a straw to limit the amount of contact the lemon water has in your mouth if you are more sensitive to acidic fruits.
