"My top three goals upon starting the Lively 30 Program were to work on creating a healthier mind set, learn to be consistent, and to start being more intentional with how I live my life.
Shera was able to help me work toward these goals by teaching me about different tools that I could use to help me meet my goals. For example, I started doing daily affirmations and using a habit tracker which really helped me to not only be more aware of the decisions I was making but more intentional and consistent with healthy choices,
The biggest change I have noticed since beginning the program has been my ability to be more comfortable in social settings. Struggling with social anxiety made it so that any sort of social activity, even one as small as going to the dog park was extremely difficult for me, now I enjoy doing things like going to the dog park. *
Also, Shera helped direct me to start using Lola [feminine] products and my cycle has never been the same!! I am so much more comfortable during that time of the month now!! I am forever grateful!! <3
My mental state is definitely where I have noticed the most growth!! I now realize how much potential I have and am working towards fulfilling it.
Healer is the word that comes to mind when I think of Shera!! She has helped heal my body, my mind, and my soul, she has helped liberate me from myself. For example, I can hear her throughout the day telling me you can do this, and don’t be so hard on yourself. She has become so much more than a coach. She is a mentor, a friend, and someone who I can honestly say has changed my life for the better, and continues to do so every day.

I started this journey because I wasn’t happy. Actually I was more than just unhappy: I was sad like really, really sad and I didn’t know how to fix it.
