Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do personal training?

I currently only am offering personal training for those enrolled in The Lively 30 Intensive. While I do meet clients in-person for weekly check-ins, all training for all other programs is done online.

How to do you customize the recipes and meal plans?

I customize meal plans using the information you provide in your food assessment, health history form, as well as any additional information provided during your initial consultation if you're receiving coaching. I'm able to customize recipes so that they fit your lifestyle as well as the goals you are trying to reach and can create plans that help the following:

  • PFC needs (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates)
  • Detoxify
  • Vegan and/or plant-based diets
  • Lagging energy levels and bloating
  • Poor digestion and constipation
  • Fertility health like PCOS and painful menstrual cycles

What is a meal prep guide?

A meal prep guide is a guide that comes with your meal plan that breaks down step-by-step how to prepare your meals for the week. Check out a sample meal prep guide here.

Where to the follow-up sessions take place?

Follow-up sessions can take plane in-person, over the phone, or Skype.

Do you offer payment options?

Currently I offer payment options for my intensive program, The Lively 30. The cost for all other services are due at the time of purchase.

Do I get 1-on-1 support when I purchase a customized meal plan?

The customized meal plan options are for those who want a customized plan without 1-on-1 coaching. With the customized meal plans, you will complete a food assessment so that I can customize it to fit your health goals, and I may reach out to ask additional questions. You will get access to the private FB group so that you can ask questions and share your experience with other women who are on meal plans as well. I come into the group often to provide support and suggestions. If at any time you have questions about your meal plan, you can send me an email:

I'm interested in the Lively Jumpstart Group Program. Is the cost listed per person?

The cost listed for the Lively Jumpstart Group Program is the cost of the total program and can be split between up to two participants. I customize the meal plan to fit both Food Assessments, so you both would be using the same meal plan. For follow-up sessions we can do group sessions through Healthie, the health coaching platform I use, so if you have a friend who lives in San Diego, and you live in Chicago, we can still do a group program together.
