For this months meetup I’ve settled in on Studio Three! This boutique studio features Interval Training, Yoga, and Cycle classes. They also have a smoothie bar called Graze that serves up fresh juice, creamy yogurt cups, and IG worthy #damngood smoothie bowls.
Studio: Studio Three
Location: 2401 N Halstead St. Chicago, IL 60614
Date + Time: Sunday January 20 at 12:15pm - 1:15pm (plus an optional 30 minutes to “qui qui” and connect)
Cost: $15 for newbies, $28 for drop in
Class Description: We’ll be taking Power Yoga. 40 minutes of power Vinyasa yoga followed by 20 minutes of Performance Stretch (ALL levels; 80 - 85 degrees - so bring ya water!) Enjoy the balance of strength and mobility in this unique combo class. Build heat, strength, and endurance (40 minutes) as you move dynamically through an intensive breath to movement flow. Slow it down and work to increase mobility (20 minutes) through passive stretching and active release (self-massage and myofascial release with tune-up balls and yoga props). This class is sure to get us fired up then cooled down to relax into the rest of our Sunday.
Childcare: Complimentary “Kid Care” services are available at this studio during the time of this class.
