She's Lively Fit in the Park

Join me each Saturday morning at 8am at Skinner Park in the West Loop for a complimentary sweat session. 

This workout focuses on building curves using the HARD WORK and SHUT UP AND TRAIN methods, so come prepared to squat your ass on! 

This is a judgement free space where we support and uplift one another. Women of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes are welcomed and encouraged to come on out and have a great time! 


  1. Please bring water and a towel - YOU WILL SWEAT!
  2. Wear sunblock and/or a dad hat, and if preferred, a natural bug spray so that you can workout comfortably.
  3. I recommend you wear a pair of fitting shorts and /or leggings and a tee shirt so that you can squat and stretch comfortable. 
  4. We'll be working out in the large field area in between the basketball and tennis courts.
