Join me each Saturday morning at 8am starting July 1 at Skinner Park i the West Loop for a complimentary sweat session.
This workout focuses on building curves using the HARD WORK and SHUT UP AND TRAIN methods, so come prepared to squat your ass on!
This is a judgement free space where we support and uplift one another. Women of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes are welcomed and encouraged to come on out and have a great time!
- Please bring water and a towel - YOU WILL SWEAT!
- Wear sunblock and/or a dad hat, and if preferred, a natural bug spray so that you can workout comfortably.
- I recommend you wear a pair of fitting shorts and /or leggings and a tee shirt so that you can squat and stretch comfortable.
- We'll be working out in the large field area in between the basketball and tennis courts.
